    This is the best deli! They give you service with a smile and the food is amazing. Their sandwiches, soups and hot plate specials like Shepard's pie or fried chicken with rice and beans will have you coming back for more. This deli is a cozy little gem that you wouldn't expect to find out this way. When you walk in you feel welcomed and when you leave you feel satisfied. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

    A cute little deli on our annual drive to and from Western Mass. searching for breakfast sandwich and discovered this gem. Great Bacon, Egg and Cheese and Sausage , Egg and Cheese, made with care by the ladies of Ritchies. Small U shaped front outdoor area with a shaded picnic table or seating inside. Memorable in both the service and sandwich itself. Stop here now !!

    Food made the way you ask. Nice amount of meat on the sandwiches. They don't bury it in lettuce. Rolls are soft and fresh. Hot brownies were still in the air. They all welcomed me as u walked in with smiles. Full page of daily specials hung on the counter.  As I was on the rail trail before I came they gave me an aluminum tray for water for my dogs.
    Great place, great people, great food!  Definitely will come back. The fresh, warm brownie melts in your mouth. Also have indoor and out door tables. Only a couple though. Gives a homey feel.

    Was in the area with some time to kill - great lunch and friendly people.  Triple Turkey lunch special was perfect  and a great value at $7.50.  I couldn't eat it all at one sitting.

    Good place to get a sandwich for the road. Ham and swiss on rye, with some nice spicy, deli mustard. It's now our 'go to' spot on the way home.
